
This Almond Oat Bake is wholesome, lightly sweet, and incredibly easy to prep. It’s toddler-approved, mom-friendly, and can be high-protein depending on the yogurt you use. Perfect for breakfast, snack, or even a light dessert!

Almond Oat Bake Recipe
Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C and lightly grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond flour, and salt.
- Mix well.
- Add in the maple syrup, almond milk, and yogurt.
- Stir until fully combined.
- Fold in the chopped almonds.
- Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Optional: Dust the top lightly with powdered sugar for a hint of sweetness and a golden finish.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the edges are slightly crisp.
- Let cool slightly before slicing.
- Serve warm, chilled, or at room temperature.
