I got the sliders, including a pulled pork sandwich, a burger, and a crispy chicken sandwich—delicious! 😋⁠ ⁠ But honestly, the best part of the night wasn’t just the food. Today’s Colorado Travel Vlog is all about our vi Today’s Colorado Travel Vlog is all about our visit to @childrensmuseumdenver! ⁠ ⁠ We took our little one on a new adventure to the Children’s Museum in Denver, and he had an absolute blast! ⁠ ⁠ As a former STEM educator, I love that this place is the perfect blend of fun and learning. ⁠ ⁠ They have an amazing area for little ones with interactive activities and zones that we all enjoyed. ⁠ ⁠ While the main play area could be a bit overstimulating at times, this quieter space was a great retreat. ⁠ ⁠ We’ll definitely be back to explore more of the activities we missed this time around!⁠ ⁠ Where should we visit next? We had our sights set on Black Box Bakery, but unfortunately, they were closed. No worries, though—we’ll definitely be back! Even though we didn’t get what we initially came for, we still enjoyed some incredible dishes from the various food stalls in the hall. I got tickets! 🎟️ And yes, the process was I got tickets! 🎟️ And yes, the process was quite the journey. Months ago, while abroad, I signed up for Casa Bonita’s email newsletter, which put me on their long waiting list. Fast forward a few months, and I finally received an invitation to reserve tickets for my family. I’m so glad I did! I was thrilled to revisit a place filled with childhood nostalgia but with much better food this time! The highlight of the day was definitely the sopapillas. The diving show and many other elements were just as I remembered, but everything felt a bit more elevated and intentional—important when paying a higher price for the experience. Did you know the Denver Botanic Gardens has weekly Did you know the Denver Botanic Gardens has weekly Seedlings classes for toddlers? These hands-on experiences with nature stimulate the senses and meet developmental needs, which are helpful activities for me to put my toddler in as I am always looking for fun education opportunities for my little one. ⁠ ⁠ Attending and watching my child gain interest in plants, doing fun activities, and meeting new friends was so much fun. He engaged in a nature hike around the garden based on identifying colors. Then, he made a wildflower seed ball that he could gift to his Grandma.⁠ ⁠ After class, we had a delicious lunch at the on-site cafe and toured the art galleries. My little one and I are visiting family in Colorad My little one and I are visiting family in Colorado, and I begged my dad to take us to the Buc-ees that opened recently. ⁠ ⁠ We took a mini road trip, about 45 minutes from their house, to this massive travel center that you can see from the highway—it’s that big! ⁠ ⁠ We spent about 15 minutes looking for parking, and once we finally got inside, I was amazed at how much bigger it was than I expected. Since living abroad, I’m not a fan of large crowds, so I quickly looked around, grabbed a few road snacks, and headed out. ⁠ ⁠ We had a picnic in the car before heading home. The pulled pork sandwich was surprisingly good! ⁠ ⁠ #RoadTripAdventures #FamilyTime #TravelWithKids #Bucees #ColoradoLife
